Activating Facebook Protect

With a computer or a mobile app, you can activate Facebook Protect.

Using Mobile App

If you are using Facebook, then you may be wondering if you can turn on Facebook Protect. This feature helps to keep your account safe from unauthorized access and helps to protect your personal information. If you have not turned on Facebook Protect yet, it is recommended that you do so now.

If you have Facebook login option, then you may be wondering how to stop Facebook from scanning your profile for potential vulnerabilities. Here are some tips on how to stop Facebook from scanning your profile:

1. On the right corner screen of your Facebook account, select the Settings tab and then click on Privacy.

2. In the Privacy screen, you will see a list of options that Facebook has for scanning your profile for potential vulnerabilities. You can choose to allow Facebook to scan your profile for potential vulnerabilities or not. If you choose not to allow Facebook to scan your profile for potential vulnerabilities, then it will not scan any of your personal information (like name and address). However, if you choose to allow Facebook to scan your profile for potential vulnerabilities, thenFacebook will recommend suggestions on ways that Facebook can find and exploit these vulnerabilities in your account.

3. If you decide that you wantFacebook to scan your profile for potential vulnerabilities, then click on the Scan button. The scanner will start scanning your personal information and will take a few minutes to finish scanning it. After the scanner has finished scanning your personal information,you will see a message telling you that it found some potentially vulnerable pages in your account. You can now click on one of these pages to learn more about how Facebook could exploit this vulnerability and how you can protect yourself from it.
