I absolutely like how the case looks and feels. My main issue is that the first one I ordered appeared to have been used previously. It was damaged, but I was able to return it and get a replacement very promptly. My second gripe is that when you put the case on, it leaves strain marks on the black border of the case. I have an iPhone Pro Max, and the cover I purchased is for it. This occurred in both occasions when I tried it on my phone. (With the first case, I didn't see the damage from what appears to be someone else's usage until it was on my phone.) I'm not sure why the scratch/ stretch mark appearance occurs, but it's aggravating given that it's a brand new case that now looks scraped on the edges. Maybe I'm being too harsh, but I'd rather have a fresh new case that doesn't do that. Overall, I'm pleased with the appearance of the case.

UPDATE 5/25/2020: I'm returning this item. While I wanted to like this case, I'm not satisfied with its protection. It chipped when I dropped it today. It also has fractures around the edges from the case being placed on the phone. I hadn't taken it off since I put it on, so this occurred just by putting the phone in the case. It also seems that one corner will begin to peel. I'm disappointed since this case is stunning!!
