This Windsor, Connecticut hotel is convenient to a variety of destinations and offers comfortable and contemporary... Everything. It gives immediate access to Bradley International Airport with free 24-hour shuttle service. I did not stay for breakfast. Our flight took off quite early in the morning. The beds were comfy, the facilities were clean, and the staff was polite and helpful. They volunteered to pick us up at the airport after we returned the rental car and drive us to the airport the next morning. Display more Display less

Based on your responses, this does not seem to be the case. I apologize for the inadequacy of the facilities in the rooms you reserved, as well as what seemed to be a lack of basic upkeep. Your experience has been shared with the hotel's management, especially our cleaning and maintenance staff, so that they may investigate how we can improve our processes. We want our visitors to feel at home at the Candlewood Suites while they are on the road. Providing utility and convenience in a comfortable and informal setting where you can genuinely feel at ease. I was booted out for taking my service dog with me on the second day of my week-long stay. I had to phone the police, who arrived and informed the owners that my dog was not a pet and that they could not discriminate by forcing me to leave. The electricity to my room was turned off the moment the officer departed, and I was compelled to leave. I didn't have the energy to dispute, nor did I want to be around these repulsive individuals. People with impairments are discriminated against! I should sue them so that no one else has to go through this. Keep your distance!!! Continue reading
