Hotel Ocean View Tenerife

The hotel was lovely, and the staff was quite pleasant. However, the lack of a bar or facilities on the sundeck is quite difficult; having to travel all the way downstairs to have a drink, as well as only being able to obtain one at a time with all inclusive, was really annoying. There weren't many vegetarian major meal alternatives outside pizza and spaghetti, which became monotonous after a few days and was often cold. We had a problem with the a la carte restaurant; we were told by the receptionist at check-in that it was included in all inclusive, and we noticed it on the menus as well, so we sat down and ordered, only to be told that it's 50% off for AI customers but not included...we questioned this, and the waiter asked reception, which was strange because he didn't know for sure. I just returned from a ten-night vacation at Coral Ocean View and couldn't be pleased with everything. The staff is really pleasant and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is immaculate, thanks to the great employees who work tirelessly to maintain the high standards. We had previously visited this hotel and the one issue we had was that the meal was warm and not hot enough. What a contrast this time around, as well as a terrific choices each night. We don't enjoy staying in after supper, so we couldn't remark on any hotel entertainment. The pool area is calm, and there are no difficulties acquiring a sunbed, however the sun beds are not the most comfy. The neighborhood near the hotel is calm, and you may choose whether to turn left or right.
