The heroes, known collectively as the Big Hero 6, were chosen by the Japanese government for their different superhuman talents, but they have all worked hard to conceal those traits in order to live a regular life. They must now choose between their carefully planned lifestyles and utilizing their skills to assist Hiro in defeating the villains and saving the city.

A charming little film. It's definitely worth a look. Stay till the end of the credits to see an additional sequence. Which is also excellent worth seeing. Unfortunately, this did not become a franchise, despite the fact that the ending provides potential for more. However, if you want to see more of these characters, you may watch a television cartoon program.

"John Lassater is highly supportive of the filmmakers, and he will not push them to release a sequel unless they have a compelling narrative to tell. It must feel as though it is a narrative that has to be told or deserves to be told. It couldn't simply be capitalizing on the popularity of a prior picture, can it? "He continued. The sequel has no set release date, although it will most likely arrive in 2017.
