My whole experience with the David Weekley team has been nothing short of family-like, beginning with the initial email contact I made! They have gone above and beyond to ensure that I am completely delighted with every aspect! They treated my new house as if it were their own, which meant everything to me! I can't say enough good things about the technique David Weekley uses to develop their houses! I would absolutely build with them again without hesitation!!

Eric was exceedingly patient and helpful during the construction of our house. Once the construction started, our builder, Patrick, kept us up to date on everything! Communication and timeliness were practically flawless. We are really satisfied with our permanent home and everyone at David Weekley who made the process so fun! AandJ rated it 3 out of 5 stars. Many things must be followed up on. STILLL We have been extremely patient with our builder, but recently (after we relocated), we have had difficulty contacting him. On the day of our closing, the carpet was still being replaced due to a leak and was promised that it would be replaced within the next few weeks, the chandelier had cracks and was told that a replacement had been ordered and would be shipped to us in about a week, and the light over the hood had apparently been ordered but had not yet arrived. To cut a long story short, we've been here for about two months and nothing has been done.
